Hot Springs Village is home to nine championship golf courses, all a short drive away. Plan a golf outing and come back to the lake each evening.
Eleven lakes sit inside the gates, from ski and sports lakes to quiet fishing coves, with beaches, marinas, and boat launches throughout the Village.
Over 30 miles of wooded hiking and biking trails, plus tennis, pickleball, lawn bowling, and disc golf across the community.
Historic downtown Hot Springs is about 25 minutes away, with galleries, boutiques, dining, and Bathhouse Row. Little Rock is about an hour.
Hot Springs Village is a private, gated community. As our guests, you can access the recreation amenities (pools, tennis, pickleball, trails, and more) through the POA's guest program for a small daily or weekly fee, paid to the POA. Marina boat rentals are paid directly to the marina.
We'll help you arrange gate access and passes when you book. Current fees are set by the POA and are best confirmed on their site or by phone at 501-922-5530. See the POA recreation fees.
Check availability or send us your dates and group size. We'll take it from there.
