Yes. Kayaks and fishing gear are included with your stay, along with a private dock, dock chairs, and a grill on the deck.

Can we rent a boat or pontoon?

Yes. Balboa Marina is on Lake Coronado a short walk from the home, and the POA's DeSoto Marina and area outfitters rent pontoons, kayaks, and more. Our Amenities page lists several options.

What are the bed arrangements?

Four bedrooms: a King in the Primary Suite, a Queen, a Full, and two twins, sleeping up to 8. There are 2 full bathrooms, both updated. See the Amenities page for the full breakdown.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Flexible timing may be possible on request, depending on the schedule.

Is there a minimum stay, and are pets allowed?

The typical minimum stay is 2 nights, with rates that vary by season and length of stay. The home is not pet friendly. Ask us about weekly discounts.

What does it cost to use the Village amenities?

Guests can access the Village's pools, tennis, pickleball, and trails through the POA guest program for a small daily or weekly fee paid to the POA. We help arrange gate access and passes when you book.
